"My husband and I were married in Costa Rica in May 2008. We had a small wedding there, but on our return to Australia in June we hosted a cocktail party for 200 of our closest friends and our large families. It was very important to us that the party have great food, good service and a fun and fabulous atmosphere. Vicky certainly came through on all counts and our party was a great success. Everyone is still talking about the food. The night was a perfect way to celebrate our marriage, and that would not have been possible without Vicky's amazing cooking skills and professional presentation."
